Grain Aeration Equipment:

Bucket Elevators:
These bucket elevators will suit a variety of free flowing granular products; dry or wet; non-corrosive and corrosive; non-abrasive and abrasive. Options include standard duty, heavy duty, standard boot or low residue style, mild steel painted, galvanised or stainless steel.
Drag Conveyors:
The drag conveyors are designed for dry, free flowing granular materials which will move "en masse". Options include standard duty; heavy duty; with flat or peaked lids either bolted or hinged. The casing has either a replaceable flat bottom or a u-trough bottom profile;

manufactured in either mild steel painted, galvanised or stainless steel materials.
Screw Conveyors:
A range of screw conveyors and feeders is available for free-flowing, granular materials. The casing can be tubular or u-trough configuration and can be manufactured in mild steel painted, galvanised or stainless steel materials depending on the operational environment.
Diverter Valves:
These valves are designed for gravity discharge of dry, free-flowing, granular materials. they are available with either a flap or pan diverter in most sizes. Operation can be manual or pneumatic.
Slide Gates:
Our slide gates are intended for dry, free-flowing, granular materials which

flow in a gravity mode. Operation can be manual or pneumatic.
Turnheads:
These are intended for gravity flow of dry, free-flowing materials. They come in a variety of sizes and number of outlets. Operation method is either manual or electric.
Rotary Scalpers:
Designed as a reliable, heavy duty scalper, they come in a range of sizes and configurations. A wide range of round hole, square, and slotted perforated screens are available.
Aspirators:
The aspirators can operate as a "stand alone" unit or else coupled to the scalpers. They are designed to lift off dust and husk from dry free-flowing materials. Dust collecting cyclones to suit the aspirator model are available.
